Acceptable stay with some issues
friendly stafffaulty air conditioning
The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was also quite good.
The air conditioning was not working properly in my room. It remained too warm despite being set to the lowest temperature. This made sleeping difficult. I was very frustrated by this experience.

The hotel's on-site parking was convenient, and the rate was reasonable. The room had modern furniture and fittings. Tea and coffee making facilities were available with regular refills. I also appreciated the refrigerator in the room.
The room temperature averaged 23°C even with the AC running for three hours on the lowest setting, 19°C.

The staff was very friendly.
I booked a room expecting a specific experience, but it was a letdown. My room overlooked the hallway to the street and was quite loud due to street noise. I also think the price was high because breakfast was not included.
